According To Mr. Abhishek Sharma There may be people that have more talent than you . but there's no excuse for anyoune to work harder than you do.

Mr. Abhishek Sharma believes that India has talent and potential in youngsters.   And he wants to expose that talent and flourish the sports skills in youngsters who are not getting the right direction in sports career.

In an interview Mr Abhishek Sharma, “That our nation has the right talent but there is not the right platform in the field of sports. Hence, RCT is one of such platform to search the sports talents, once these budding cricketers play under the best coaches and the world-class situations then they will be trained in the right way.”
